Vizio Part Numbers

How to Find Your Vizio TV Part Number Like a Pro

Disclaimer: There are way too many variations to list every possible example. If, after using this guide you are still not sure what parts to order, please call in to the office or email us at info@tvpartstoday.com.

When your Vizio TV needs a fix, your repair journey starts with one critical step: finding the correct part number. Too often, customers confuse board numbers with actual manufacturer part numbers - and that leads to ordering the wrong board, wasted time, and unnecessary frustration. 😤

That’s why we created this guide - to walk you through how to locate the real part numbers for Vizio main boards, power supply boards, and T-Con boards. Let’s make sure your DIY repair gets off to the right start!

PLEASE NOTE: In the following pictures, the manufacturer's part number is circled in GREEN and is the number you need to match to your part to ensure you get the correct part. The numbers marked with a RED "X" are board numbers used in the manufacturing process and matching these numbers will not guarantee a compatible part. We have not put a red "X" on all board numbers present on the parts pictured.

🧠 Vizio Main Boards: The Control Center of Your TV

Main boards are the brain of your Vizio TV - handling video, audio, HDMI inputs, smart features, and more. If you’ve got frozen apps, no signal on your HDMI, or weird color artifacts, this might be the part you need to replace.

🔢 Part Number Format:

Main board part numbers are often printed on a white barcode sticker and follow one of these patterns:

  • 756TXXXX##X### (756T will not appear on the part)

  • ####-####-####

  • ##.###X#.#X###

💡 Example: 756TXKCB02K014 (You might only see part of this printed on the label! The 756T portion generally isn’t on the part)

🛑 TVpartsToday Tip: Never order using numbers printed directly on the board without checking the sticker - those are board numbers used during manufacturing and do not guarantee compatibility.

⚡ Vizio Power Supplies: Keeping the Energy Flowing

Power supply boards distribute energy throughout your TV. If your set won’t turn on, shuts off randomly, or has a blinking standby light, this could be the issue.

🔢 Part Number Format:

Look for a white barcode sticker and check for these common formats:

  • XXXXX####XX#

  • ##-##XXX#X#-##

  • ####-####-####

💡 TVpartsToday Tip: These stickers may contain multiple numbers - only one is the correct part number. If you're unsure, send us a photo and we’ll sort it out for you. 📷

🖼️ Vizio T-Con Boards: Image Control Matters

The T-Con (Timing Control) board manages how your screen displays images. If your TV has lines, half-screen issues, flickering, or distorted color, the T-Con could be the culprit.

🔢 Part Number Format:

These can be trickier to spot, but usually look like:

  • ##.##X##.X##

  • XXXXX####XXXX

These part numbers might be etched into the board or printed in a small font - so bring a flashlight and a little patience. 🔦

💡 TVpartsToday Tip: T-Con numbers often get confused with model numbers - don’t fall for it! Always use the part number, and when in doubt, call or email us.

🛑 Final Thoughts: Part Numbers Only!

Vizio TVs are known for their versatility and affordability - but identifying their parts can sometimes be confusing. That’s why we always say: use the part number, not the board number!

At TVpartsToday, we see it all - and we know just how easy it is to get tripped up by all those labels and codes. But when you shop smart and use the correct part number, you're giving yourself the best chance at a smooth, successful DIY repair.
