LG Part Number

FINDING YOUR LG PART NUMBER

There are way too many variations to list every possible example. If, after using this guide you are still not sure what parts to order, please call in to the office or email us at Info@TvPartsToday.com.

NOTE: The manufacturer's part number is circled in GREEN and is the number you need to match to your part to ensure you get the correct part. The numbers marked with a RED "X" are board numbers used in the manufacturing process and matching these numbers will not guarantee a compatible part. We have not put a red "X" on all board numbers present on the parts pictured.

LG Power Supplies:

The most common part number sequence for LG power supplies would be the part number beginning with EAY. They will be followed 8 characters (EAY########). These numbers can be found on a barcode sticker or stamped on the board itself. If the part number is printed on a barcode sticker, the three-letter prefix may be missing.

Please keep in mind numbers found on the part starting with the letters EAX are board numbers used in the manufacturing process. Matching the EAX numbers will not guarantee a compatible part.

(# = a number, X = a letter)

LG Main Boards:

Here are some of the most common LG Main Board part number prefixes: EBT, EBR, EBU. These prefixes are followed by 8 digits.

Please keep in mind numbers found on the part starting with the letters EAX are board numbers used in the manufacturing process. Matching the EAX numbers will not guarantee a compatible part.

LG TCON:

T-Con Board, or Timing Control Board

T-Con boards from LG are part-number unique. If your panel was made by LG, the part number will begin with 6871L.

Find the text line that starts with a number or the letter L. Make a list of the three or four digits, as well as the suffix letter that follows. If only three numbers are present before the suffix letter, a zero must be placed in front of the numbers to complete the part number.
